Our supply chain management services
All of our logistics and production-related processes are fully ERP-integrated - from purchasing and material supply to delivery. We rely on system-supported resource and capacity management, which enables precise scheduling and planning in real time.
We manage consignment stocks for selected customers and offer modern models such as Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), Supplier Managed Inventory (SMI) or Supplier Managed and Owned Inventory (SMOI). Within production and procurement, we also work with kanban-supported supply concepts - both internally and externally. These include transportation Kanban, production Kanban and supplier Kanban systems.
Our ERP-supported batch management enables comprehensive tracking and tracing across the entire value chain - for maximum transparency, safety and traceability. At the same time, we ensure MDR and ISO 13485-compliant supplier management and actively support our customers in managing their supplier portals.
We provide our customers with professional support during phase-out-phase-in processes, e.g. for component changes or successor parts. Our own export and customs department ensures compliance with all customs regulations, including export compliance. In addition, AEO certification (Authorized Economic Operator, type C/S) is in preparation - for additional process security in international goods traffic.
