Our services in the field of testing
We carry out tests and measurements during the early stages of product development in order to validate designs and identify weak points at an early stage. In the product verification phase, we comprehensively test new components for function and resilience - as a basis for well-founded decisions on series release. During production, specification testing is carried out during series production, adapted to your requirements: optionally random sample-based with statistical process control up to 100% testing for safety-critical applications.
For optical inspection, we rely on AOI systems (Automated Optical Inspection), which record geometric and attributive features directly in the line. This is supplemented by coordinate measuring technology with systems such as Werth Scope Check FB and Easy Scope - ideal for high-precision 3D measurements. Our electrical tests are carried out using high-voltage and insulation measuring devices, both inline and standalone - e.g. to safeguard connector systems.
In mechanical material testing, we use three testing machines from Zwick/Roell to reliably evaluate forces, cycles and fatigue behavior on components such as connectors. We also use two climate chambers to simulate extreme environmental conditions such as temperature fluctuations and humidity. To verify water resistance, we carry out standard-compliant IPx protection class tests (IPx1-IPx7) - from splash water to complete immersion.
