Our connecting technologies are designed for durability and reliability:
- Crimping (manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic): individual crimp geometries for different wire cross-sections
- Soldering (manual and semi-automatic), in accordance with IPC 610/620: component, PCB and cable soldering incl. fine wire (AWG 14-44)
- Insulation displacement technology
- Splicing
- Resistance and ultrasonic welding
- Gluing: wide selection of specialized adhesives for different materials
- Potting: Epoxy, PUR and silicone - semi-automatic potting systems for PUR casting resin for repeatable dosing, potting of electronic components & connections, sealing of components
- Foaming: Semi-automatic potting system with parts handling for PUR rigid foam for repeatable dosing, foaming of electronic components & connections
We integrate electronic components and sensors directly into the assembly process:
- Processing of rigid and flexible printed circuit boards
- ESD-compatible assembly areas for sensitive components
