As an experienced development and manufacturing partner headquartered in Nagold, Germany, we serve our customers with holistic support - with a deep understanding of technical, functional and regulatory requirements. Since 2008, the site in Tirgu Mures, Romania, has been an integral part of the NICOLAY Group's integrated value creation network. The joint supply chain management and QM system ensures the efficient transfer of materials, components and parts between the sites. Process and product quality is ensured by meeting the requirements of DIN EN ISO 13485, the quality management standard for the medtech industry, at all sites.
Our goal: a short time-to-market through early customer involvement, targeted design and minimized correction loops. Based on high vertical integration and our own expertise in plastics processing, sensor integration, assembly and functional testing, we offer quality from a single source - from individual parts to complex system solutions. Whether it's a manual production line or a fully automated line: we deliver reliably - in spec, in volume, in time.
