Here at NICOLAY, we believe that quality is the foundation of our success in the market – and of yours. This is why we keep a close eye on every stage of our development and manufacturing processes, from the initial samples to mass production. Be it through initial sample inspections, endurance tests, 3D dimensional and PC colour tests, tests in accordance with IEC 60601-ff and AAMI, testing conducted internally as well as tests specified by the customer or by verifying the biocompatibility of the materials used. You can be sure that nothing will get past us. But in the unlikely event that something does, please contact us immediately – we view every complaint as an optimisation opportunity.
